Terms and Conditions PGBeat – Clear and Transparent House Rules

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between PT PGBeat Indonesia ("PGBeat", "we", "Platform") and every individual who registers, accesses, or uses the services available on the site pgbeat.net including all subdomains, mobile apps, and derivative services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or simply accessing the PGBeat platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document and any supporting policies, including Privacy Policy and terms Responsible Gaming.

In this document, "User" or "You" refers to any individual using the PGBeat platform. "Services" covers all games, transaction features, promotional programs, and other services available on our platform.

To use pgbeat services, you must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Never had a PGBeat account previously closed due to a terms violation
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion program on this platform

PGBeat actively protects against access by underage users. If you are aware of any individual under 18 using this platform, please report it to our support team immediately.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the PGBeat platform. Creating more than one account by the same individual—whether using a different name, phone number, email address, device, or payment method—is a serious violation that may result in the permanent blocking of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information requested includes your full name as shown on official ID, an active phone number, a valid email address, and your actual date of birth. This data is used for KYC verification and transaction confirmation.

• Keep your account password confidential and never share it with anyone
• Contact PGBeat support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party
• PGBeat is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to maintain account security
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure in accordance with applicable policy

PGBeat supports a wide range of local Indonesia payment methods, including bank transfers via BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga, as well as digital wallets GoPay, OVO, DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay, and QRIS. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposit: All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. If a deposit has not arrived after 15 minutes, please contact the support team with proof of transfer. The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the selected payment method.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed after KYC verification is complete. Average processing time is 5–15 minutes for e-wallet methods and up to 1×24 hours for bank transfers. PGBeat reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals as a standard security measure.

• The withdrawal method must match or be consistent with the deposit method used
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the verified user's name
• PGBeat does not charge fees for withdrawals within normal limits
• Accounts with an active bonus balance that has not met the turnover requirements cannot process withdrawals until those requirements are fulfilled
• Withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be held for investigation

PGBeat offers a variety of bonus and promotion programs for both new and existing users. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions that must be met before the bonus can be converted into a withdrawable balance.

The turnover (rollover) requirement is the total amount of wagers that must be met before a bonus can be converted into a withdrawable balance. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 with a 10× turnover requirement means you need to place a total of Rp 1,000,000 in bets before that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Each user is entitled to claim each type of promotion only once unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or cashed out directly without meeting the turnover requirements
• PGBeat reserves the right to cancel bonuses if any indication of abuse or promotion manipulation is found
• Some games may not contribute, or may only partially contribute, toward bonus turnover requirements
• The validity period of each bonus will be clearly stated in the respective offer details

All games available on PGBeat use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system that is independently audited by third-party testing agencies. This ensures that every game outcome is random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.

Users are strictly prohibited from using third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in games. The use of certain betting strategies or systems is permitted provided it is done manually and does not violate game mechanics.

• Game system decisions are final and binding
• If a technical issue occurs during an active game session, the game history saved on the server will serve as the reference for resolution
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless a verifiable technical error has occurred on the server side
• PGBeat reserves the right to void game results that are proven to have been affected by cheating or a significant system error
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at every table or game before you start playing

PGBeat reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if evidence or strong indication of a violation of these terms is found. Users will be notified via their registered email, except in cases where doing so may interfere with an ongoing investigation.

Actions that may result in account suspension or closure include:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Holding more than one active account at the same time
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial criminal activity
• Engaging in cheating, collusion, or the use of automated software
• Filing an invalid chargeback on a deposit transaction
• Systematic abuse of bonus programs

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded once all requirements are met and no disputes are still pending.

PGBeat provides the platform "as is" and strives to deliver the best service on an ongoing basis. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free of technical errors, or that it will fully meet all user expectations.

PGBeat is not liable for losses arising from conditions beyond our control, including disruptions to the user's internet connection, device failure, or force majeure events. PGBeat's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the value of the user's account balance at the time of the disputed incident.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set the maximum deposit limit you can make within a specific period
• Session Time Limit: Set reminders or session time limits to help maintain a healthy balance

• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for an extended period—this cannot be reversed until the period expires

If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect at no additional charge.
